To implement the PPP process for the construction and installation of motorway systems and related facilities, including operation and maintenance (O&M) services, of the Utraphimuk Elevated Tollway Extension Intercity Motorway, Rangsit – Bang Pa-In Section, Project (M5), to ensure efficient traffic management on the motorway.
